Is this a subscription?

Beloved-On The Go is NOT a subscription service. You can order every week or take a week off if needed. Your schedule maters to us too! 

How do I order/ Receive my meals

Orders are placed via our website Monday-Friday for delivery the following Monday. 

All orders must be placed by 11:59 PM Friday for the following Monday delivery. 

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes. Delivery is calculated based on mileage from our kitchen. When you begin your ordering process, you will be able to input your delivery address and a delivery price will be calculated. 

Does the menu change?

Yes! New menu items are released every week on Mondays.

If I have dietary restrictions can you accommodate?

Absolutely we can! Each menu item will specify if it is free of any common allergens in the description.

If you have any specific dietary needs that are being met please reach out and we will make sure your meals are safe for you.

How do I reheat my meals?

Each menu item you order will come with individual heating instructions. All items will be re-heatable via microwave and will vary on time. 

How long do the meals last?

Meals will have a shelf life of six days upon delivery. Beloved meals are cooked Sunday night and delivered to you the following morning.

Can I cancel my order if I need?

Yes, orders can be canceled and a store credit will be issued to you for future use.
